If you wish to proceed then you contact Lisa, complete the form and return it to her.  It is a pdf document so you can print and post it.  You can also scan the completed document to e-mail it back so we have a computer copy as well in case royal mail loses your written copy.

If you wish to reserve a puppy then a deposit is paid either by cheque or transfer. We have had a problem with families joining multiple breeder’s lists then taking the first available pup, so we have changed our deposit to non-refundable.  Naturally if we haven’t offered you a puppy within a 12 month period then we will offer to return your deposit and cancel your reservation. Hopefully it will be quicker than 12 months but please state your preferred timescale including holiday dates on the form, as we feel it is important for you to be ready to receive the pup as the first 4 weeks are quite hard and also messy! Instructions for the deposit are on the bottom of the form.

If you are not ready to send a deposit then still return the form and join our non-reservation list.  We take a number of bookings for a litter but of course we do not know how many pups will arrive until they are born so we may have unreserved pups needing homes. It may take longer but if you do not want to send a deposit then this may be the best plan for you.
