We take your privacy very seriously. Our privacy policy for use of this website is summarised into the following two rules.

1) We only collect the information we need to provide you with a better service. If we don’t need to know, we don’t ask.
2) We will never sell your personal details to any other company or individual, ever!


What information do we collect?
The only pieces of information we collect from you are your contact details so that we can process your order and send you information about our products.

Cookies
Cookies are pieces of information about you which are stored on your own computer. The only piece of information we keep about you on your PC is your username. No personal information such as contact details or credit card numbers are stored in cookies.

Log Files
We analyse log files for market research purposes to see how popular our site is and which parts can be improved. The statistics software we use does not allow us to track individual users, only our users as a whole.

Puppy purchases
Puppies/dogs are only sold in person, not for sale online through this website. If you decide to adopt a puppy/dog from us then your address and contact details are given by you, to a microchip database to register yourselves as owners of the dog. Your contact details are also provided to a third party to activate insurance for vet bills for the first 6 weeks - this is subject to the insurers terms and conditions. If you wish to opt out of insurance cover then you must tell us at adoption and sign to accept a non-insured puppy. At adoption we offer the option to receive free samples, special offers and money-off vouchers from third parties (such as dog food manufacturers) however we will not give your details to such parties without your permission at the time of collection.

Changes to this policy
