If you’re looking for puppy that can immediately go outside, is well-mannered and can walk on a lead, a partly-trained dog might be for you. Our pups join our training program when they’re 12 weeks old until adoption. By the time they arrive with you, most puppies (depending on when you adopt) are clicker and lead trained. They are well socialised and will follow basic commands like sit, stay, down etc…
If you have other pets, or specific requirements (e.g. must be good with cats, lizards, trains etc..), we’ll include these in your puppy’s training. Our aim is to provide a puppy that can seamlessly adapt to their new life with you. We want both you and your puppy to have as little stress as possible during this transition.
So many people underestimate the work involved in an 8-week-old dog. They want a puppy, but don’t realise, a 16-week-old dog is still very much a baby. You’ll still enjoy the adorable puppy stage, but with less stress, mess and overwhelm.
These are a few testimonials from families who adopted a partly-trained pup from us. If you’d like to see videos of our pups in action, check out our gallery. Choose the size/colour/training you’d like and there will be plenty of examples.
If you live outside of the UK, and are curious about whether we can export to you - we probably can. Our puppies live all over the world, these testimonials are only a snapshot! You might think exporting a puppy might be stressful because it does seem like a lot more paperwork. However, we can sort it all out for you. From passports and extra vaccines to courier and flights, we can handle the entire process for you. All you need to do is pick your pup up from the airport!
For more details about international exports, check out our international page!
We love receiving pupdates from our families. Here are just a few! To see more, and for general updates, please follow us on Facebook: doodleDogs or on instagram: auscobberdogs. We’d love to hear from you!
"He is the most amazing, loveable dog we have ever had. Although we have only had him for less than a day, I know he is exactly what we wanted - a loving calm dog. Thank you so much. The courier was excellent in every respect. A lovely experience from start to finish and what a wonderful company you all are!!!"
"I can't believe how brilliant Cookie is! In the night, she used the toilet pad, just about slept through and is so chilled today. Her eye contact is fantastic and we can see that she just loves being a good girl! We love her! Thank you so much."

We're often asked about colours, sizes, coats and allergies. Please check out the respective pages, or our doodle info page. Everything you need to know is there, with links to further information. We also recommend looking at our ‘What is a Cobberdog’ page or the Four Types of Labradoodles blog post. These explain the differences between a Cobberdog and other Labradoodles as it can be a little confusing.
