Update from adoptive family on first day:
“Surely the world’s soppiest dog. He’s doing just fine and eaten well. The perfect passenger on the plane and such a snuggily shadow. We’ve all fell in love with him.”
couple of days later
“Woody is doing brilliantly, cried for about 5 minutes at bedtime on Friday night and not at all last night. A true pleasure at home and beautifully behaved (although we keep tripping over him :0) ) Been to the beach today and he chased another dog into the sea and kept going back in for more bless him. He had a lovely play yesterday morning with our friends’ chocolate labradoodle. All good news so far – no puddles at all in the house, hasnt been upstairs after being told off the one time he did go up and incredibly patient with our children who adore him and are currently a bit gushing with them. {name removed} is definately his favourite family member though but he’s also a big softy too. Everyone keeps commenting about his gentle nature.
Thank you so much Lisa, he is so easy to have around and it seems like he’s been part of our family for ages already. Another bonus is the children haven’t picked up their iPads since he arrived!”
