Update from Family – 2nd Birthday!
Dear Lisa, We can’t believe our beautiful Thombi (Orchid) is two today! Our family is absolute besotted with her – she is the best dog ever, and quite simply the perfect family companion. She comes to work with me daily, and is loved by all the parents and babies.
We will always be so grateful to you, as she had the very best start in her life, and amazing parents.

“Dear Lisa, On the eve of Thombi’s (Orchid’s) first birthday, I wanted to contact you to give you an update on her. Thank you to you and your family, for giving her the very best of starts in life.
Since collecting her from you, at the end of March ’13, every single day, she has brought us joy and pleasure. Right from the start, she was the easiest little pup. Very quickly she settled into our home, and the routine of coming to work with me.She has the dearest personality – calm, gentle, loving, affectionate & relaxed, yet fun & playful when it is appropriate. She is quite simply our dream dog. She has won the hearts of our family & friends. We cannot imagine life without her – she is an incredibly special part of our family.
Thombi has been amazing with her training. She is so intelligent. We still attend weekly classes, which we both thoroughly enjoy – she loves the stimulation & the company of the other dogs, and I’ve loved learning how to communicate with her, using hand signals.
We’ve recommended your amazing dogs to several friends. Two are seriously considering getting pups from you, in 2014, and they’ll be contacting you. I will email you some photos of Thombi this evening.”
